Azure Xplat CLI (Node.js) Early Releases

Microsoft released the first cross-platform command-line interface for Azure, built on Node.js. This enabled management of Azure Service Management (ASM) resources from various operating systems.

Significance

This marked Microsoft's initial foray into truly cross-platform Azure tooling, acknowledging the need beyond Windows. It paved the way for future, more sophisticated CLIs.
