Larry Page and Sergey Brin officially incorporated Google Inc. while still graduate students at Stanford, initially operating out of Susan Wojcicki's garage.

Significance

This laid the foundational company structure that would later house the Google Ads development. Their initial vision was for an ad-free search engine.
