Make Utility Release

Stuart Feldman's Make utility was officially released as part of Programmer's Workbench (PWB/UNIX) and later included in Version 7 Unix, making it widely available to the nascent Unix community.

Significance

This marked the birth of automated dependency-based build systems, fundamentally changing how software projects were managed and compiled, setting the standard for all subsequent build tools.
