Mustache.js Initial Release

Mustache.js, the 'logic-less' templating engine, was initially conceived by Chris Wanstrath (co-founder of GitHub) and others, popularizing the double-curly-brace syntax.

Significance

Mustache laid the conceptual and syntactical groundwork that Handlebars.js would build upon, proving the viability of simple, declarative templating.
