Spark Initial Commit to GitHub

Matei Zaharia makes the first public commit of Spark to GitHub, marking the true genesis of the project. This commit contained the rudimentary framework and early RDD concepts.

Significance

This was the foundational step, the literal beginning of Spark's codebase, where the core ideas of resilient distributed datasets (RDDs) began to take shape as executable code.
