Werkzeug 0.1 Release

Armin Ronacher releases Werkzeug, a comprehensive WSGI utility library, providing the underlying tools for request/response objects, routing, and more, which would later become the foundation of Flask.

Significance

Werkzeug's existence was crucial for Flask's creation. It meant Ronacher didn't have to build low-level HTTP utilities from scratch when conceptualizing Flask; he already had a robust, tested base.
